What is This Programme

An Associate Project Manager helps ensure project objectives are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality.

The programme builds capability in stakeholder engagement, business cases, governance, planning, scheduling, risk, financial control, procurement, quality, change and performance reporting.

By the end of the apprenticeship, learners are equipped to coordinate people and resources, manage competing priorities and deliver a workplace project with measurable organisational impact.

  • Build realistic project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Manage risks, issues, changes and competing priorities

  • Coordinate resources, suppliers and project teams
